Personalised 1-2-1 classes

A private class means it's all about you. Exercises are customised for your level and ability allowing effective progress towards achieving your personal fitness goals

Whether you are a beginner, super fit, or just want to try Pilates equipment, your first appointment will include a basic postural evaluation, a discussion about your personal fitness goals and exercises on the equipment.

This is the perfect place for beginners, or if you are rehabilitating post injury or struggling with a persistent niggle. Pilates is highly effective for muscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

What to wear

We recommend wearing clothing that you can move in easily. Timeless Pilates requires grip socks to be worn during the sessions due to hygiene and safety.
